Refund policy

All orders ship from a warehouse inside the United States. There are no customs charges, import fees, or surprise charges on delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.

COST
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Total time from order to delivery is 3 to 8 business days.

HALLOWEEN CUT-OFF
To receive your order before October 31, place it by October 15. We stop accepting Halloween orders after that date so that nothing arrives too late to use.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking after 3 business days, email us and we will look into it.

DELAYS, LOST AND DAMAGED PARCELS
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us and we will replace it or refund you.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
