Shipping and returns

Everything ships from a warehouse inside the United States. No customs, no import fees, no surprise charges at your door.

How long it takes

Processing: 1 to 3 business days. This is the time we need to pack your order and hand it to the carrier.
Transit: 2 to 5 business days once it leaves the warehouse.
Total: 3 to 8 business days from the moment you order.

Halloween cut-off

To have your order before October 31, place it by October 15. We stop taking Halloween orders after that date, because a Halloween decoration that arrives in November is no use to anyone.

Cost

Free on every order within the United States. We do not ship outside the US right now.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received it after 3 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Returns

Email us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
