How long does delivery take?

1 to 3 business days to process your order, then 2 to 5 business days in transit. That is 3 to 8 business days in total, shipped free from our US warehouse.

When do I need to order to get it before Halloween?

Order by October 15. We stop taking Halloween orders after that date so nothing shows up in November.

Where does it ship from?

A warehouse in the United States. No customs, no import fees, no surprise charges at your door.

How much is shipping?

Free within the US. We don't ship outside the US right now.

Can I return it?

Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll take care of it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

What sizes does the ghost come in?

65 in (165 cm) in the Classic face, and 33 in (85 cm) in six faces: Classic, Fierce, Surprised, Friendly, Boo and Stitched.

How are the lit pieces powered?
